There's a save portal here, head west to a new area. Here you'll encounter wolves, which jump at you and also jump into the air and divebomb you, which does quite a bit of damage. You'll also encounter enemies with clubs, that work just like they have since the beginning of the game. Another thing to note is that save portals are much less common in this area, so make sure you have a resurrection stone or two on hand and keep your health as high as possible. Head west until you see thin stone platforms. A chest with an Amulet of the Madman is to the west (80 attack 12 luck). The stone platforms break shortly after you step on them (though they do regenerate).
Climb up them and jump into a new area. Head west, and shortly after an avalanche you'll climb up and can go east to find a key on a platform. To the west is a merchant. Remember this spot because we'll be back here in a minute. You'll see some floating platforms, jump on one and take it to a platform to the east, then jump into a new area. Head east and slide under a wall to find a new area. Only new enemy here is the bombs, just get close enough for them to explode and then run away like usual.
Home Games Dust: An Elysian Tail Dust An Elysian Tail Walkthrough: Tutorial. Kill everyone you see trying to attack you. After killing some of them you will be in a forest not remembering who you are. A Nimbat called Fidget. She will come for the sword you have. She will be your companion during the game. Welcome to Dust: An Elysian Tail Roadmap & Trophy Guide! This game was originally released for the Xbox Live Arcade, next to PC and then made its way to us here on the PS4 with 1080p and 60 fps! You wake up in a forest, as the Blade of Ahrah is calling to you and a weird little creature is yelling at it to stop.
In this area head east yet again to a new area. Head east and use the save portal, as a boss awaits. She will create a crystal with either fidget or dust on it, if it's Dust and you let her break it, you take massive damage. If it's Fidget, he is silenced. So, just treat her like the second boss of the game, since she floats in the air. Jump, + + + and dunk her cheap ass. Once she is dead, a tad to the east you'll find an ability orb, giving you the ability to double jump.Backtrack to the area I mentioned and go east and jump up the platforms.
You'll find a key, and at the top you'll see a door you can enter. Go right until you hit a wall then jump up, then enter the door. Hold left until you hit a wall and jump up, then go right and jump off the platform you're on to reach a door, enter it. Jump up the platform to the right, then go all the way right and jump up, then head left to the door. Go left to the door and enter it. Drop down from the platform, then go left and jump up to find a cage.
Open it and leave. Return to where we got that orb.Use that double jump to get back to the save portal and then use it to climb the platform just west of the save portal and climb up to find a key to the east. Now head west, you'll come to a stone platform, cross it and jump onto a platform, then follow them up and check the west platform for a key, then head east and climb the vines to a new area. Climb the vines on the left and double jump to a key, then head east. Climb all the way up, until you see stone platforms.
Climb up and head west for a chest with a ring of study in it (8 regen 4 attack 14 defense X2 fidget 12 luck). Drop down the hole by you and head west and fall down back to the previous area. Head west and you'll find a chest with a snow suit blueprint (2 regen 200 defense 8 luck). You'll see a key under the stone platfrom west of you, stand on it and fall through the key.Now backtrack to the area above the one with the merchant, slide under the wall and head west, you can reach the platform with double jump.
Climb up until you see stone platforms, then jump up on them and head west and drop down to find 2 chests. The one on the right just has money, the one of the left has a Master ring of the Broken (8 regen 2 attack 12 defense 1.5 fidget 12 luck). Climb up to the next area. Head west for a scene and then break the pillar. Head west into a new area to find a save portal. Head west for a scene.
You'll see icicles on the ceilings, when they glow they're about to drop an icicle on you, so dash out of the way. Head up and then west to a new area. Head west, and only try to fight enemies where there aren't icicles overhead or it'll get real annoying real fast. Keep heading west.
After the spikes you have to slide under, you'll see the next stone platform has nothing under it. Fall down the hole and head west to find the cooler, and then go east and use the orb to teleport back. Then head west to a new area.
Head west to find a pillar, break it. Jump onto the floating platform and stay on it to get a key, then jump off to the west for a save portal, and continue west. You'll find a new enemy.
He telegraphs his attacks quite clearly, he's basically a faster moving giant. You can parry them, or attack a few times and dash away and then repeat until he dies.
He has a ton of health though, so make sure he doesn't back you into a corner.Keep going west until you reach some floating platforms. You want to drop down under them when one passes to reach a chest. It has a pendant of the marsh, which is likely better than anything you have (4 regen 100 attack 80 defense 14 luck). Then take one of the platforms up to a new area. It dead ends at spikes, so as soon as you see the platform on the right, jump to it.
Head east to find some annoying platforms and enemies. First off though, jump up to the top and wait for a platform, and then take it (you'll need to duck to avoid a rock) and get the key, then drop down.Lure the enemies to the west side and fight them there, as there are more of these platforms to the east, and icicles, so fighting them further east would be harder.
Once everything is dead head east to a new area. You'll find a merchant and a save portal, be sure to save. To the east are 3 of those ice enemies. Keep an eye on which crystals have Dust and hit them before they attack you, or you'll get overwhelmed quickly.
Don't bother pressing to slam them into the ground, just use 3 attacks to stop them from hitting you and then prepare for the next one to pop up. After they're dead head east into a new area. Immediately climb up for a chest with a warm sweater in it (1 regen 180 defense 8 luck), which might be useful if you haven't been able to make the snow vest yet.
Use the bomb fruit on the yellow wall below you and go past it to drop down to a previous area by falling through the stone platform. Fall through these stone platforms (there's that guy with a big axe at the bottom) and then head east to a previous area, on the way you'll collect snow for Bopo. You'll get a scene at the snow hill.Climb the hill the scene points out and jump to a new area. Head west, and you'll see a save portal. You'll see an avalanche ahead. You want to wait until it stops and then drop down and head east for a key, then rush back up to the platform with the save portal. Then wait until the avalanche stops and then head west.
You want to rush to alcove under the platform the snow is coming from. When it stops again, jump up and rush to a platform you can jump to to get away from the snow. Then head west to a new area when it's clear. Wait for the avalanche and then rush to the alcove again.
Then wait for the avalanche and jump on the cliff it's coming from, jump up, and jump up to a new area. Just head west to a new area. You'll see a bunch of stone platforms, fall through them to reach a merchant. Head west, jump on the floating platform, get the key to the east and then slide under the wall by the key. Kill any enemies and then jump up to the platform above and head west.
Once you see a platform you can jump to that goes east, take it and follow it up. Then jump into a new area. You'll have a save portal here.Next you'll have another avalanche. Wait until it stops and rush east and jump on a platform. Next time it passes head east and hug the cliffside. Then jump up and get on the floating platform and take it up to the top to a chest with a pendant of the marsh (4 regen 100 attack 80 defense 14 luck).
Then get back on the floating platform and jump onto the platform below and keep going east to a new area. Jump on the stone platform nearby and then slide under the wall and grab the key. Climb up and do the same for a stone platform to drop down to a chest with a frozen blade augment (320 attack 1.7 fidget). Wait for the platform to regenerate and then head east. You'll reach a dead end, step on the stone platform so it disappears and you'll be able to climb a platform to the west and jump up to a new area.
Head east and then get on the floating platform when it appears and follow it. You want to stay on the right side of it as you'll eventually go up and can float into a place with a key, then head east to a regular platform. Wait for a smaller platform going east and take it. You'll see a very small floating platform, drop onto it and then drop down for a chest with a Warrior's Pendant (1.2 attack 1.2 defense 1.2 fidget 16 luck). Return to the start of the area and take the big platform again.
When you reach the spot where you went up for a key, go east instead to find some floating platforms you can take to a key. Now head back to where the floating platform to the chest was, and head east to a new area.Bunch of floating platforms here. Get on the one that comes to you and then take the one that appears below you, and then take another going east. Jump on the big one you come across and it will go up. Avoid the spikes and kill the enemies that appear.
Once they're all dead, drop through the stone platforms and go west. Pull the bomb fruit and get on that big floating platform again, and take the fruit with you. At the top head east to the yellow wall and break it, then open the chest for a ring of focus.
(10 regen 8 attack 18 defense 2.5 fidget 14 luck). Head to the east for a save portal and new area. The snowstorm will make the enemies hard to see so be careful. All you need to do is head east until you reach a new area. Follow the path until you get to a bunch of platforms to climb. After doing so head east and drop down, then head east to find a chest with a Mountain Gear blueprint (4 regen 220 defense 8 luck). Now you'll need to jump on the floating platform to the west and use it to get to the other platforms, then jump east to a cave thing and head east. You'll find a save portal and a merchant above it.
Head up and jump to a new area. Jump to the top, head east for a scene and then go west for a boss battle of sorts. There's 3 of them. The easiest way to deal with him is equip your best X.X Fidget rings and spam lightning with duststorm in the air.
Sometimes they can parry the lightning, but keep trying and they'll go down fairly easily. If you decide to fight them with melee, they parry often and can dodge around like you, avoiding your attacks.
They are quite annoying to melee as a result. When you're done head west to a new area. Walk west until you get a scene about a house and then enter it.
Walk east to a door, and then head west for some massive story shit. Leave the building and head west to leave.
Talk to Bopo in the caverns to finish his quest, and you'll get a rainbow resonance gem, and an achievement for finishing Bopo's quest, and another for your 20th side quest. 1 guideHead to the Hidden Cove. Head through the doors until you reach a split, the take the top one. Pull the bomb fruit to the east, and go west and use it on the wall. Use the door. Now you want to use the door straight east, which means you need to jump over the hole. Climb up the vines and then slide under the wall and use the first door you reach, climb up the vines to a new area.
Go in the door and use the save portal and head east to finish the quest and get an achievement. Now go back one door and slide east and use that door, then grab the 2 keys. Now you can leave.
We have the side quest achievements, but if you want the 21st one is easy to do. Simply go to Moska in the middle area of Aurora Village, talk to him/her. You need paper, which you likely have a billion of, so just talk to them again to finish the quest. Head to the Everdawn Basin to start the last chapter, chapter 5.

Dust is joined by Fidget, a small flying creature called a Nimbat, who just so happens to be the sword's guardian, and sets out for a small town in search of his backstory and full identity.Upon arriving in Aurora, the group find the town under attack by monsters who have been creating chaos. Soon after they drive the monsters away, the trio meet the mayor of the town, Bram, who asks Dust for his help, and they track down the leader of the enemies, Fuse, into the nearby forest. However, they find Fuse too late in Denham Village with no survivors, and in the ensuing fight, Dust defeats him. Just before he dies, Fuse reveals himself to be a Moonblood, creatures who are victims of a perpetrated by a man known as General Gaius.
Fuse also tells Dust that he played a role in the war at some point.Mayor Bram instructs Dust to speak to a woman in Aurora named Ginger, who may have more knowledge of the Moonbloods. Gray Eyes reveals that Dust was created by the Moonbloods from two people who perished at the same time: Jin (Ginger's brother) and Cassius (an employed by Gaius). These two were exact opposites; Cassius was purely evil but of great skill with the sword, and Jin was completely innocent and good but incapable of defeating Gaius. Their combination together became the Moonblood's 'Sen-Mithrarin'.The group then heads to the Moonblood base in a volcanic region to the north named Everdawn Basin, where Dust assists the Moonbloods in fighting back Gaius's troops.
Reaching the peak of the volcano, Dust fights General Gaius in a lengthy battle. Eventually, Gaius hangs from an outcrop over a pool of lava, where he tells Dust that Cassius is no longer part of him, then throws himself into the lava. Fidget tries to get the exhausted Dust back up, but he refuses, and is consumed by the volcano. After the battle, Elder Gray Eyes gives a speech to the remaining Moonbloods, telling them that because of Dust's sacrifice, they can now rebuild and live at peace with the rest of the world. During his dialogue, Ginger and Fidget witness a dust cloud, along with the Blade of Ahrah rising out of the volcano and flying off, suggesting Dust may still be alive, and chase after it in hopes of finding him.Development Aside from, and parts of the story, Dust was designed and entirely by Dodrill.
